You will reach a live team member during business hours who will gather the details of your request, confirm your service area, and schedule the appropriate technician. For emergency calls outside of business hours, you will be connected with our on-call dispatch.
Every Mission Mechanical repair technician is salaried and not commission-based. Before any work begins, your technician will explain exactly what they found and what they recommend. You will not be pressured to approve work that is not needed.
