Responsibilities vary by role. Common responsibilities across all positions include:
Role-specific responsibilities:
Admin: Scheduling, data entry, document management, phone and email correspondence
Customer Service: Inbound call handling, appointment scheduling, service dispatch support, customer follow-up
Accounting: Invoicing, AR/AP, payroll assistance, QuickBooks or similar platform management
Warehouse: Inventory management, parts receiving, truck stocking, material staging for field crews
Job Type: Full-Time
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Pay: $18.00–$35.00/hour (based on role and experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Standard business hours.
