The HVAC Lead Installer performs mechanical installations for client projects of various sizes and scopes. The HVAC Lead Installer also fulfills the site management responsibilities of the mechanical system being installed.

Essential Functions:
- Manages production through the direction and installation of mechanical systems.
- Responsible for planning, laying out, and overall efficiencies of project installation.
- Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers.
- Record keeping of daily job production (Daily Reports), expense reports, and weekly document submissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems installed (As-Builts).
- Responsible for onsite communication with subcontractors.
- Responsible for the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment.
- Responsible for the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns.
- Manages the securement of all Mission Mechanical property on the job site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
